Hadopi Budget cut

As expected, the French government body Hadopi agency which oversees the three-strikes regime has had its budget cut. Hadopi's annual budget has been cut to 8 million euros, having been 11.4 million euros in 2011 although it also additionally takes on responsibility for piracy issues in the gaming sector, increasing costs.
