Vision Nine raises £5 million for new events
Vision Nine, promoters of the Boardmasters and NASS festivals, has announced it has raised £5 million in finance, which it will use to create new festivals and to grow its events internationally. London based entertainment investment group Ingenious led the round of funding, and its Senior Investment Director Paul Bedford will advise the live firm on an ongoing basis as its Group Finance Director. He joins Vision Nine co-founders Julian and Andrew Topham on the company's management team, alongside MAMA & Company co-founders Adam Driscoll and Phillip Murphy, who are Vision Nine's Co-CEO and MD respectively. Bedford told reporters: "Vision Nine represents a very exciting opportunity for investors - a great brand and an impressive team with massive potential. We are delighted to add our proven experience of structuring, promoting and managing investment opportunities across the entertainment industry".
